Methodology

The most appropriate process is selected in conjunction with our clients.

We prefer using constructivism where participants build models of their organisation in the context of the current landscape. Possible future models are then created and a preferred future is chosen. We then identify the gap between the preferred future and the current reality. Action steps to overcome the gap are identified. These are converted into projects with clear deliverables and ownership.
