Sense2Solve is a certified Lego Serious Play facilitator and we have the full corporate Lego toolkit which enables us to conduct various types of workshops such as Real Time Strategy, team building, futures thinking, process refinement and streamlining amongst others.

Using an unique approach based on constructivism and constructionism and tapping into the hand-brain connection, a real time strategy process breaks down barriers and reduces complexity.  Three dimensional models are developed which enables conversation and dialogue across all levels in an organisation. Participants are fully engaged and by using metaphors the conversations about strategy and possible futures are enriched.

A futures based approach allows for the exploration of possible futures - both preferred as well as non-preferred scenarios are modelled. These are unpacked to explore different strategic approaches and to identify opportunities for innovation.

Participants walk away with a clear understanding of the business landscape, the organisations strategy and their specific role in enabling the selected strategy.  Roles, ownership of projects and vision are clearly understood and a common language exists.

All models are digitally captured, key themes are extracted and packaged in such a way that the client can use it as a tool for further discussions and communication.
